We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at with a description of the defect or damage to the item.

Shipping Your Defective or Damaged Product:
We will give you the shipping address to ship your defective or damaged items to after we receive your email.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to return an item for a refund. We print and ship each item once it is ordered and we do not carry inventory.
